To access VCF files of the Indonesian Genome Diversity Project (IGDP) dataset, use the links below. Note that this study includes global and regional comparative data from the Simons Genome Diversity Project (SGDP) and Papuan genomes from Malaspinas et al (2016). Each of these projects has its own data access conditions, and we are not allowed to release these data until access permissions have been obtained.
